Joining CDR
We encourage you to get involved in Disability Civil Rights by joining Californians for Disability Rights, Inc.
Benefits of CDR Membership include:
- A quarterly newsletter – New World
- Legislative updates and alerts
- Networking with friendly, dynamic persons through chapters, state actions, internet advocacy, and meetings
- The Members Xchange, a private list server for CDR members
- Work in committees through the internet, telephone, and/or in person
Membership Application
CDR now has two ways to complete your membership application:
- By mail: Go to and complete the Membership Application – Printed.
- The form page can be printed as is.
- Links to a DOC and PDF format of the application are available on the form page as well.
- By submitting an electronic application at Membership Application – Electronic.
Membership Fees
Annual Dues cover from July 1st to June 30th of each year.
Lifetime memberships are available for $200 per person.
If you are joining between:
- July to September, pay the full year
- October to December, pay 3/4 year
- January to March, pay 1/2 year
- April to June, pay 1/4 year
