ADA Barrier Removal Funds.
The Budget Act, as passed by the legislature
and sent to the governor, cut $8.4 million from an existing $20 million
General Fund appropriation. Governor Davis used his line-item veto power
to delete the legislative language, thereby restoring the funds.
