AB 268, (Mullin). State employment: supervisorial training. Existing law requires each supervisorial employee be provided with a minimum of 80 hours of training. Existing law requires the supervisorial training to include various subjects pertaining to the role of the supervisor and employer-employee relations. This bill would require the supervisorial training to include training on the subject of employment law relating to persons with disabilities.
