AB18 (Leno) public employment discrimination. This bill would remove disability from the bases of discrimination to which this provision applies, but would, instead, include gender, sexual orientation, physical disability, medical condition, and mental disability. Also adds provision in FEHA that local governments can go beyond what is required by the State.
